GENERAL
AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. Penggunaan AI/NFT terhadap hasil karya dilarang keras.
The prices stated is for Personal Use only. Commercial Use would be charged 2 - 3x base price and monetize would be charge +50% base price Harga yang tertera untuk Personal Use. Commercial Use akan dikenakan 2-3x harga awal.
I only charge you a monetize or commercial use fee based on the usage of the artwork. So even if you're a streamer/vtuber/etc and you want the art for your personal enjoyment only there would'nt any additional fee~ Aku hanya akan mengenakan biaya komersil ataupun monetize berdasarkan untuk tujuan karya dibuat. Walaupun klien adalah streamer/vtuber/dll dan ingin komis untuk kebutuhan personal aku tidak akan mengenakan biaya tambahan tersebut~
I fully own the copyright of the artworks and I have the right to decline a commission if I’m not capable. Aku memiliki hak cipta penuh atas hasil karya yang dibuat, dan berhak menolak sebuah komisi apabila dirasa tidak mampu mengerjakannya.
The result would be posted on my social media or carrd for portfolio, private commission would cost extra fee. Hasil komisi akan di upload di sosial mediaku atau carrd sebagai portfolio, private commission akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.
Please provide clear references (character, expression, pose, clothes, lighting, etc). it’d be better if you provide a full description as a reference rather than images for the pose. Tolong berikan referensi yang jelas (karakter, ekspresi, pose, pakaian, arah cahaya, dll). Akan lebih baik jika klien mencantumkan referensi berupa deskripsi teks dibandingkan gambar.
Effect/Materials/texture/3D assets (only from legal sources) may be used in creating the artworks. Efek/material/tekstur/aset 3D (hanya dari sumber yang legal) mungkin akan digunakan dalam pembuatan karya.
PAYMENTS & FEE
Full payment upfront. Half payment upfront and full payment after the sketch is done for locals. Lokal bisa DP sebesar 50% dan melakukan pelunasan setelah sketsa dibuat.
Client may cancel a commission before the payment is made. Full refunds are also allowed before I start working on your commission, but once is started, I fully reserve the rights to refuse a refunds. Komisi dapat dibatalkan apabila klien belum melakukan pembayaran. Full refund juga dapat dilakukan apabila aku belum mengerjakan komis milik klien. Tapi jika aku sudah mulai pengerjaan, aku berhak menolak segala bentuk refund.
Payments can be done through QRIS (all banks & e-wallet) or BNI. For intern, payments can be done through VGEN. Pembayaran bisa lewat QRIS (semua bank dan e-wallet) atau BNI.
REVISION
Max 3 revision on the sketch process, and another 2 minor revision on the coloring process. Maksimal 3 revisi pada tahap sketsa, dan 2 revisi kecil pada tahap pewarnaan.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
First come, first serve! I work based on the queue. It usually take about 3 days - 14 days on each commission. In-rush would be charged extra. Komisi dikerjakan sesuai antrian ya, dengan rentang waktu 3 - 14 hari per komisi. In rush akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.

Rights
CLIENT MAY:
Use the artwork for personal purposes (pfp, wallpaper, etc).
Edit the artwork (as long as it doesn't change the main form).
Print the art for yourself (non profit).
Post it on Social Media with credit.
CLIENT MAY NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without permission.
Claim the artwork as your own or didn’t put credit.
Resell or redistribute the artwork.
Unless commercial rights are purchased, client may not use the artwork for merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
